Five(5) Beauty Tips To Do Before Bed

There’s nothing better than slipping all clean into the sheets at night, but here’s something most celebrities or beauty bloggers talk about ,what they do before going to bed

Take a bath

One of the things everyone wants to do once they are home is to destress and relax. There are many ways to fight stress before bed. Some women drink a glass of wine, while others watch their favorite TV shows. Those are unhealthy ways that can make you look even more tired in the morning. Taking a warm bath before you hit the sack helps to relax and sleep better so you will definitely wake up super beautiful in the morning.

Wash Your Face at Night

Don’t go to bed until you’ve cleaned your makeup off your face. If you leave it on, your makeup grinds into your skin all night, causing breakouts and even stretching out the pores, which makes your skin look older.

Brush Your Teeth

Once your dinner is finished, make sure to brush and floss your teeth before going to bed. This will help keep your mouth free from germs, cavities and infections. Also, it will help avoid serious morning bad breath.Use a soft-bristle toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste to brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes. Brush the outer and inner surfaces of your teeth. Floss your teeth and then rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water. Do this daily before going to bed to enjoy a beautiful smile throughout the day.It is suggested to brush your teeth about 30 minutes after having your meal, especially after an acidic meal as brushing immediately after a meal may push the acid deeper into the dentin.

Drink a glass of lemon water

Don’t worry, ladies, a glass of lemon water won’t cause midnight bathroom visits, unless you drink a few glasses. Lemon water keeps your body hydrated as well as clear you skin while you sleep. Give it a try tonight and you will wake up with a plump and radiant skin tomorrow. Enjoy a glass of lemon water in the morning to speed up your metabolism, boost your energy and feel and look your best all day long.

Apply a Lip Balm Before Bed

Lips can dry out during the night, especially if you breathe through your mouth while you sleep or if you sleep in an air-condition room.

It is good idea to apply a layer of lip balm every night before you go to bed to provide moisturizing protection to your lips throughout the night. It also helps to generate new skin cells and strengthen the lips moisture barrier, thus leaving your lips soft, smooth and supple.
