The Use Of Baking Soda To Eliminate Acne And Black Spot

Baking soda isn’t just good in the kitchens but also good for beauty purposes. It is good for clearing black spots and treatment of acne. You can go all natural (no more chemical contained products), it’s affordable, easy; can be done right in the comfort of your home and safe to use. Here are some few ways baking soda can be combined with other natural products to gain a beautiful healthy face.

  • Baking soda and coconut oil:

Its effectiveness aids in clearing acne and black spot while coconut oil gives the face a glow, removes dead skin cells; and makes it smooth. It is an anti-bacterial and beneficial for even sensitive skin. Virgin coconut oils is much better if it can be attained

How to prepare:  Two teaspoon of coconut oil (virgin coconut oil)

One teaspoon of baking soda (free of aluminum)

Take a small bowl, put all ingredients in and mix thoroughly

Using your hands, gently apply on the face and massage into the skin, leave it on for about 5 minutes.

Next use warm water to rinse off, while at it massage the face one more time. The coconut oil serves as a moisturizer and hydrates the skin; there won’t be a need to use a moisturizing cream once you are done. Do this 2-3 times daily.

  • Baking soda and honey

How to prepare: One teaspoon of baking soda

Two teaspoon of raw honey

Thoroughly mix these two ingredients together in a small bowl

Apply mixture on your face and massage for at least a minute

Keep on the face for about 10 minutes

Wash your face with warm water and pat dry.  Do this 2-3 times daily.
