Since its inception, the program has played a vital role in bridging the gap between raw talent and professional success, offering scholarship recipients access to high-quality training, career development opportunities, and key industry connections.
This year’s FESP is proudly sponsored by Visionaries Fashioning Africa (VFA), further strengthening its commitment to fostering African talent. The 2025 cohort will benefit from an array of resources designed to provide financial support and career advancement opportunities. Selected scholars will receive education fund support to pursue fashion-related studies, exclusive internship placements with top designers and fashion houses, and mentorship from industry leaders who will provide guidance throughout their journey. Additionally, participants will gain access to networking opportunities with key fashion stakeholders, allowing them to build meaningful relationships and grow within the industry.
Beyond financial and professional support, FESP scholars will take part in career development workshops and training sessions aimed at equipping them with essential skills which will ensure that recipients graduate from the program with a well-rounded understanding of the industry, ready to make a lasting impact.
FESP is open to aspiring fashion designers and individuals passionate about pursuing a career in fashion who are currently based in Ghana.
