Louis Vuitton Signs Jude Bellingham as Brand Ambassador

British soccer player Jude Bellingham becomes brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton, reinforcing sports affiliation.

In a statement, the luxury brand highlighted Bellingham’s “authenticity, ambition, and dedication both on and off the pitch,” which embody the spirit of Louis Vuitton’s community—individuals who excel in their fields and beyond.

Bellingham joins Louis Vuitton’s roster following an impressive first season at Real Madrid, where the team secured three trophies, including the Champions League. He was named La Liga Player of the Season and is a strong contender for this year’s Ballon d’Or trophy. As the new season begins, all eyes will be on the midfielder as he partners with new teammate Kylian Mbappé.

At just 21 years old, Bellingham has already made significant strides in his career, starting at Birmingham City before moving to Borussia Dortmund and then signing with Real Madrid for a fee of 103 million euros, excluding add-ons. Although he and his England teammates narrowly lost the UEFA Euro 2024 championship final to Spain with a score of 2-1, Bellingham had standout moments, including a last-minute equalizer against Slovakia and a memorable response to critics, shouting, “Who else?”

To celebrate his new role with Louis Vuitton, photographer Gabriel Moses captured Bellingham in his signature celebration pose, styled by Matthew Henson. Bellingham is no stranger to the brand; he wore a Vuitton double-breasted blazer with pearl buttons and flared pants when he picked up his Kopa Trophy for the world’s best player under 21 at last year’s Ballon d’Or ceremony in Paris. He also attended the debut show of Vuitton’s menswear creative director Pharrell Williams in June 2023.

“I’m excited to welcome Jude to the house. His charismatic personality and impressive achievements will add so much to our LVers community,”

Williams said. Bellingham, who was voted the most stylish player of the Euro 2024 tournament by GQ readers, recently appeared in a campaign for Skims men’s underwear and launched his first signature collection with Adidas Originals.

He joins a roster of other sports ambassadors for Louis Vuitton, including tennis player Carlos Alcaraz, basketball player Victor Wembanyama, swimmer Léon Marchand, and rugby player Antoine Dupont, all of whom won medals at the Summer Olympic Games, where LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton was a primary sponsor. Louis Vuitton has also featured iconic duos in ad campaigns, such as soccer stars Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, as well as tennis legends Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer
