Camila Cabello was clearly excited at the Rabanne show, where she attended in a stunning silver chainmail halter dress.
Fresh off a prime-time interview on French television, the singer and actress shared her admiration for French-Malian artist Aya Nakamura, expressing her desire to collaborate on a song.
“I love her song; ever since ‘Djadja’ came out, I’ve been a fan of hers,” Cabello said, even breaking into a few notes. “I’d love to do a song with her,” she added, before taking her seat next to Cardi B, who showcased long, Rapunzel-like blond waves that cascaded almost to the floor.
Further down the front row, newlyweds Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson turned heads with their striking looks. Jackson wore a chain-mail hood from Julien Dossena’s collection for Rabanne, while Westwick opted for a shirtless look beneath his pale suit, adorned with a glittering brooch on his lapel.
Westwick recently wrapped filming for a new TV series titled “Sandokan,” set in the 19th century and scheduled for release next year.
“It’s about action and adventure and pirates and the British Empire in Borneo,”
he explained.
To get into character, Westwick humorously noted that he “waltzed around the house in his costume.” Jackson chimed in, saying, “Costume makes the character come alive.” The couple completed each other’s sentences as they discussed their creative processes. “Makeup as well—costume and makeup can transform a character,” she added.
Reflecting on their recent wedding, Jackson shared that her summer was largely spent planning for their August ceremony. Her favorite moment? “Walking down the aisle and seeing my son and Ed standing there waiting,” she recalled. Westwick echoed her sentiment: “We both had our jaws on the floor; it was incredible.”
