Inner Circle Agency (ICA), a London-based talent and creative management agency, officially launched in West Africa with a casting and community event in Accra.

More than a talent search, the event introduced a new approach to casting, one that combined fashion, wellness, creativity, and industry conversation.

Over 100 aspiring models attended the event, which offered an open casting call focused on authenticity and potential. ICA aimed to identify individuals for international representation, prioritizing character and individuality over conventional standards.

Alongside the casting, ICA introduced creative and wellness activations. In partnership with Accra Art District, attendees participated in a ceramic painting workshop, providing a calm, hands-on outlet for self-expression. Confidence and wellness sessions were also held to support personal development and mental wellbeing, areas often overlooked in traditional model development.

The day concluded with an industry panel featuring professionals from both local and international fashion and modeling scenes. The discussion addressed representation, access, and the evolving creative landscape in Africa. For many participants, it offered insight into the realities of the industry and the importance of visibility and support.

“This was more than a casting,” ICA said. “It was a cultural exchange, a confidence-building experience, and a creative community moment. We’re here to rewrite what agency work looks like — not just finding talent, but investing in it from the inside out.”
