The house of Dior Beauty has named Rihanna as the new muse of their iconic fragrance “J’adore”.
The singer and beauty entrepreneur will star in a new campaign for the brand which will be revealed on September 1.
Rihanna was chosen as ambassador because she embodies the values of the scent, explained Parfums Christian Dior CEO Véronique Courtois.
“The unusual talent, audacity, and captivating beauty of this absolute star are the ideal embodiment of dazzling, powerful Dior femininity that transcends generations,” said Courtois.

Rihanna said being the face of J’adore is “an honor”, adding, “This scent, that I have known and loved for so long, means so much to women.
“I am especially looking forward to joining this adventure and contributing to it through my world, my story, my roots, as well as my creativity and my own femininity.”
Rihanna is no stranger to the beauty world, having launched her own make-up and skincare lines Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin.
