Bianca Saunders has been announced the 2024 BFC/GQ Designer Fashion Fund winner.
Bianca Saunders launched her menswear label after graduating from Royal College of Art in 2017. Her brand blends tradition with modernity, blurring masculine and feminine design lines. Rooted in Anglo-Caribbean relations, Bianca’s designs reflect her British-Caribbean heritage, viewing clothing as dynamic self-expression.
The 2024 shortlisted designers were Bianca Saunders, Bleue Burnham, Labrum London, and Saul Nash.
Previous recipients of the fund include some of London’s brightest design talents such as Ahluwalia and Grace Wales Bonner.
Established in 2013, the BFC/GQDFF provides the winner with a cash prize of £100,000 to support business growth and their contribution to the British and global fashion ecosystems.
