Camila Cabello Embraces Paris Fashion Week with Style and Enthusiasm

Camila Cabello is no stranger to Paris Fashion Week (PFW).

Over the past few seasons, the pop star has been spotted front row at both ready-to-wear and couture shows.

For the Spring 2025 collections, Cabello returned to the City of Light, eager to explore the latest designs. “I’ve recently loved watching fashion documentaries to learn more about fashion and fashion history,” she told Vogue.

“It’s making it really exciting for me to play with my own style, experiment more, and also see all the new innovative looks coming down the runway.”

Part of the excitement of attending PFW is treating it like a high-fashion playground. Cabello felt the pressure to deliver cool looks for the front row but viewed this as a fun challenge to experiment with her wardrobe. “The pressure is a more positive influence than negative,” she explained.

“We always want to figure out a way to deliver a look that is interesting and exciting for the fans. Fashion Week is also a great time to flex our versatility and try a bunch of different new ideas.”

Having released her album C,XOXO this summer, Cabello had plenty of shows and designers to explore. Attending presentations from labels like Miu Miu, Vetements, and Rabanne, she drew inspiration from each fashion house for her PFW ensembles. “The creative direction of C,XOXO is the driving force behind all of my looks this season, so it’s been super fun to play with the album aesthetic through the lenses of these different designers,” she said. Notably, at Rabanne, she wore one of the label’s signature chainmail dresses. “I loved how it combined harder and more feminine elements,” she noted. “The hardness of the metal material mixed with the soft fluidity of the look and floral details made for a beautiful balance.”

At Vetements, Cabello opted for a more avant-garde look, accessorizing with a black ski mask. “We saw the Vetements ski mask at our fitting and knew we had to have a moment with it since balaclavas are such a huge part of the imagery for my album,” she said. “I loved how sexy and edgy this look was—it felt like an elevated high-fashion C,XOXO moment!” For Miu Miu, she chose a classic knit top paired with a schoolgirl-style skirt. “My Miu Miu look is probably closest to my own personal style,” Cabello shared. “It felt very effortless, comfortable, and chic. I felt very much myself.”

Outside of attending shows and dressing up, Cabello has her favorite spots in Paris that she likes to visit while in town. “I went to my favorite bookshop ever in Paris, Shakespeare and Co., and picked up the new Sally Rooney book. That’s my idea of a fun Friday night! I also had dinner with some friends at Allard, Alain Ducasse’s restaurant.” Now that Fashion Month has wrapped up, she plans to keep enjoying herself. “Immediately after PFW, I’m ordering pancakes and having 10 hours in bed,” Cabello said with a laugh. “After that, the world is my oyster.”
