Coach just teamed up with UK vintage retailer Beyond Retro to drop a collection of handbags made from pre-loved and upcycled textiles.

Staying true to its mission of cutting down on environmental impact and embracing circular fashion, Coach is reworking some of its most iconic designs—think the Cargo Tote Bag with Patchwork, the Tabby Shoulder Bag 26, and the Rogue Patchwork Denim Top-Handle Bag.

Each limited-edition piece has been thoughtfully redesigned using repurposed materials, giving upcycled denim and leather a fresh new life. The Coach x Beyond Retro collection is all about proving that secondhand fabrics can be transformed into high-end, statement accessories while championing mindful consumption.

Standouts from the lineup include the Cargo Tote Bag with Patchwork—a spacious, lightweight carryall crafted from worn denim garments. It features Coach’s signature glove-tanned leather, cursive script embroidery, and an iconic turn-lock closure. With an open interior that fits a 13” laptop, two external pockets, and a removable webbing strap for versatile wear, it’s priced at £395.

Then there’s the Tabby Shoulder Bag 26, a quilted patchwork take on the classic Tabby. Blending vintage charm with modern sustainability, this reimagined staple comes in at £650.

Finally, the Rogue Patchwork Denim Top-Handle Bag delivers a bold, structured silhouette with a one-of-a-kind patchwork of repurposed denim, retailing at £730.
