Renowned luxury fragrance brand House of Creed launched its newest fragrance Carmina in Accra at The Mix Design Hub on November 24.
The exclusive and elegant event saw in attendance a host of influential personalities. Tracy Owusu Addo the wife of award-winning rapper Sarkodie, was also present and added a touch of celebrity glamour, alongside a host of notable Ghanaian influencers creating an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication.
The event was a captivating fusion of good music, champagne, and meticulously crafted Carmina-inspired cocktails, coupled with good, vibrant energy.
Carmina, the fragrance that took center stage, draws its inspiration from Henry Creed’s fashion sketchbooks, passed down the Creed family for generations, and which were recently rediscovered in the private rooms of Avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie.
The pages were adorned with colorful dresses in voluminous, luxurious fabrics, which evoked a sense of grandeur and opulence. Carmina captures the spirit of the bold and passionate women found in those sketches; the ultimate heroine who is ready to take on her next adventure.
The composition of the fragrance draws on the notion of electric sensibility. With powerful sillage, black cherry, and pink pepper add modernity to a heart of violet and muted rose.
To add mystery, a seductive base of two of perfumery’s other treasures myrrh and frankincense unfold. Lastly, amber and smoldering musks create a fusion of powerful yet ethereal notes.
The new Carmina fragrance comes in 75ml and 30ml sizes and is available in all Creed Boutiques and Retailers.
