Nigerian fashion powerhouse Tokyo James has been listed as part of the finalists for the LVMH Prize 2022.

Amongst the finals are designers from across the globe — from the US to Ireland to Japan. The finalists include:

  • Ashlyn (South Korea)
  • ERL (US)
  • KNWLS (the UK)
  • Roisin Pierce (Ireland)
  • Ryunosukeokazaki (Japan)
  • S. Daley (the UK)

These designers will now compete for the grand prize and the Karl Lagerfeld prize for innovation this spring. The winners in the next round will be chosen by a panel of designers from LVMH.

For the next round, the LVMH Prize finalists will have a face-to-face meeting with the LVMH creative leaders. This is where the final judging will happen.
