Kim Kardashian’s shapewear brand is getting into the beauty game.
Less than three years after launching SKKN by Kim, Kardashian is bringing beauty under her Skims empire.
Skims has acquired both Coty’s minority stake and Kardashian’s majority stake in SKKN, setting the stage for its own beauty line in 2026.
Announced on March 21, the deal gives Skims full ownership, along with Kardashian’s name, image, and likeness rights for all things beauty—cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. The brand confirmed it’ll be launching products in all three categories.
In a statement, Kardashian said bringing everything under the Skims umbrella makes things more seamless for her vision across shapewear, lingerie, makeup, and skincare.
SKKN’s Instagram also let customers know they can still grab products “for a limited time” before the official relaunch under Skims. Kardashian originally shut down KKW Beauty in 2021, launched SKKN a year later with skincare, and later expanded into makeup. She previously teased a fragrance drop, and now, it looks like it’ll be part of Skims’ new beauty era.
