Sobolo is a cool drink found in most West African countries. It is a dark red-purple coloured juice.The Name Sobolo varies from country to country .The Burkinabes ,Togolese and Beninoises call it Bissap while the Ghanians,Nigeriens,Burkina be and Nigerians call it sobolo.It tastes a bit grapey and a little bit like cranberry juice and can be served with mint leaves.. NB; for the concentrated hibiscus juice recipe, pour a cup of hibiscus flowers with 2 cups of water in a sauce pan and boil for 10 mins and allow it to cool.

- Sugar or Honey
- Pour 2 glasses of milk and a cup of concentrated hibiscus juice with sugar in a blender and blend it for a minute or 2 and its ready to serve .
