The Off-White x Futura x Nike Dunk Low pairs will be released this September, according to Hypebeast. Back in 2019, Off-White showed off the pair at its Plastic show for SS20.
Virgil Abloh designed these pairs before passing away in 2021.
Hypebeast claims that the pair will be released on the late designer’s birthday, September 30, 2022. The kicks will be available on the official e-commerce site of Nike SNKRS and Off-White.
In keeping with the classic collegiate style, the two-piece capsule is inspired by the all-American aesthetic. One iteration takes inspiration from Michael Jordan’s alma mater, the University of North Carolina, which comes in ‘UNC’ blue with white leather uppers. The other draws inspiration from the Syracuse Orangemen (neon orange with dark blue detailing).
These two institutions that inspired these pairs are powerhouses and court kingmakers when it comes to NCAA Basketball.
For the sneakerheads, you have just one month to grab a pair or two of the Off-White x Futura x Nike Dunk Low sneakers.
